Lean Leadership Training (via WebEx or Skype)

For more than decade I have taught a graduate-level course in Lean leadership - an authentic Lean leadership course, not an operations management or Lean tools course that is simply called "Lean Leadership." Nor is it the common, traditional approach to leadership.

In June of 1995, I recognized how Lean principles and practices were themselves the means by which one develops Lean leadership skills and capabilities. I then went on to explore this in great detail; work that continues to this day. This course draws upon 15 years of my original research on Lean leadership, and was, from the start, precisely aligned with Lean principles and practices in every way.

I am pleased to offer an affordable and condensed Web-based video version of my acclaimed Lean leadership course delivered to your desktop. This training course will be of interest to managers at any level, in industries ranging from software, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, distribution, insurance, higher education, and local, state, and federal government.

The course, "Innovative Lean Leadership," is the best there is. It is offered one-on-one or for small groups of 2-8 managers. The standardized syllabus consists of nine lessons:

3. Lean Behaviors® and Behavioral Waste®
4. Leadership Beliefs, Behaviors, and Competencies
5. Kaizen
6. "Respect for People" Principle
7. Standardized Work for Leaders

Each interactive lesson is about one hour in duration, delivered weekly, and accompanied by a small homework assignment to reinforce the learning and support daily practice.
